Registration, Payment and Cancellation:
You must register your child before attending any session. Registration is transferable between siblings, but non transferable otherwise.
Weekly Fee: $695 [EARLY BIRD PROMOTION WEEK 1 THROUGH WEEK 6 $495].
Daily Fee: (Mon-Thurs) $160 [EARLY BIRD PROMOTION ANY DAY JULY 8TH THROUGH AUGUST 16TH $135]. Friday: $135 [EARLY BIRD PROMOTION $120]
Siblings get 10% off.
Sibling discount DOES NOT apply when other promotions are in effect.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation notices should be sent via email only to info@foodartforkids.com.
Our REFUND policy is as follows:
Full Refund: Up to 2 weeks before the start date of the purchased session. A cancellation fee of $60 applies. For example: to cancel a session starting on July 22nd, 2024; an email should be sent to us by July 7th 2024 11:59pm .
75% Refund: Any cancellations occurring 14-12 days prior to the purchased session. For example: to cancel a session starting on July 22nd, 2024; an email should be sent to us by July 19tht 2024 11:59pm.
50% Refund: Any cancellation occurring less than 2 days before the start date of your session and up to 9am on the day of your session. For example: to cancel a session starting on July 22nd, 2024; an email should be sent to us by July 22nd 2024 09:00am.
Refunds will be paid in the form of payment and will be processed to the email address provided on the registration form within 5-10 business days of a confirmed receipt of the cancellation notice. In the event the payment processor cannot process a refund within 5-10 days, Food Art will send a check to your preferred address.
PLEASE NOTE: a full refund (=for the sessions we were not able to offer) will be issued should we be forced to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances.
Summer Camp MAKEUP Policy: Based on availability, we will try to accommodate any missed days in the following fashion: for a day missed, we will try and allow a makeup the same day the following week (s). For example: a missed Monday will afford the child a Makeup Monday on the following week. If this does not work for the family, we will try the Monday that follows and so on. Makeups are a courtesy for the individual child who had missed a day, and cannot be transferred to a sibling.
